Fly-By camera gets wet even though it doesn't go under the water.

The fly-by camera seems to "get wet" whenever you're around water. You don't even have to stand in the water or dunk the camera underwater, it just gets wet on it's own.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn
2. Swap to fly-by camera of your choice
3. Notice how wet the camera is. It's quite wet.
