Foldable grid fin

Foldable grid fin is common in re-entry vehicle, reusable rocket(Falcon) and compact missile(R-77).
When folded, the grid fin generates neglectable drag and lift. If unfolded, it behaves like a normal fin that provides significant lift and change the COL of player's craft, so the spacecraft can maintain its attitude when going backwards.
