no runway

when launch my craft at the runway the runway does not show
edit: i also can not move the camera or and i have the same problem of the space center not showing when i launch from anywhere else.
steps to reproduce
launch craft, see that their is know space center, immense lag, and that you can not move the camera
edit 2: creating a new game fixed this
