New RCS is supposed to have same thrust and Isp than the old one, but as you can see in the sandbox the old one seems to have more thrust

I verified that the forces are actually the same. I think what is happening here is due to the slight difference in mass between the RCS and the CoM is slightly towards the new RCS which gives the old RCS extra torque. Here's another example that shows they are more closely matched. Here's an example I put together. Just hit translation mode and then press 'A'.
