Right away I can see that you are using a lot of massScale="0" which can really cause some glitchiness with the physics engine. If you can't increase mass scale, how about increasing the stability modifier on some of the parts that are unstable?

@AndrewGarrison one of the best solutions was removing part colisions, drag in all parts inside the head and also stability to 2, but sometimes the head drifts to one of the sides (at high speeds or when coliding with the ground)
