Label part connected rotate

I had thought I saw label parts not rotating with a fuel tank they are place one when rotating the tank with "connected" mode, rather they stay in place relative to the designer as if you are rotating the tank with mode "self"

When I tried to confirm I switched to striped and the label rotated. Maybe this only affects normal flat color?
