Procedural Command Pods

We should have customizable command pods, kinda like with engines and landing gear. Here's what I like to see:

• Fuel amount and type parameters for all command pods
• Engine selection for all command pods (engines like a Super Draco analog, etc)
• Shape and size of command pod
• Lighting and in-cockpit camera views
• Action groups and customizable abort programs (not vizzy just part properties)
• built in landing gear (Red Dragon anyone?)
• Multiple chairs in cockpit (airplane)
• sticky command chips (sticks to the craft unless directly moved)
• Space Shuttle style cockpits
