something weird is happening

I'd love to share this savegame with you, but...
On this vechile at this quick-save point I've lost most of the traction. I'm delivering packages. And I had to reload, but now - end of the line, the craft cannot be maneuvered correctly, it's a bit like the gravity is too little and/or the traction of the wheels are gone. Not sure which one.
