I launched this little satalite draind its battery killed the engines it wouldnt recharge after an orbit so i started back up the engines and they do this sputtering thing

The solar panels are recharging the battery, but only at about 10kW and the engines are drawing about 490kW, so there's not enough solar power to fully power the engines and they stutter.
