Shock strength and damper more then max leads to game crash

@deusalgor No problem at all. I always enjoyed your builds on SimplePlanes.com, so I'm glad to see you are checking out SR2!

@AndrewGarrison it seems like it was some other issue with parts stability or something, but, for some reason, resetting shock to stock parametres was the only way to load that craft in to flight without game crashing on runway. I lost that build and can't reproduce it now too... I'll save bugged build and record some video report if I'll see it again.

I can't reproduce this issue. Does it crash in the designer or flight? Do you have a craft that demonstrates the issue? How often does it crash?
