if a nuclear engines throttle goes higher than 35, it will stop doing heat damage until the throttle goes above 70.

This is just a result of the exhaust shape, the nuclear engines work exactly the same as all the other types

@Pedro is it? I tried it with a gas generator and pressure fed, but they didn't do this even though the nozzle and throat sizes were the same.
