If we could timewarp by many years and have nuclear engines, maybe we could have many planetary systems in some sort of galaxy and actually do interstellar trips? The lowest estimate I found was around 50 years for unmanned Project Daedalus spacecraft, so it's not as impossibly long as it may seem.
