Sometimes when this high part count Falcon9 model expodes Unity crashes

Is this expected based on graphics card settings etc?
There seems to be a corrupted craft in the sandbox, not sure how it got into that state but some things I'd strongly recommend: Update your drivers and make sure the mods you have enabled are up to date. Very old mods and very outdated drivers on both your GPU and CPU can lead to unstable systems and unpredictable bugs.
If with those old mods disabled and the drivers up to date you still have issues please report the bug again.
