how to reproduce,1 launch a command pod with astronauts,2 eva an astronaut,3 go into map view,4 press c (tether you use tether than do 3 and then do middle mouse wheel),4 notice how they work while in map mode

I fixed the issue w/the tether working in map view b/c that interferes w/map-view camera zooming, but the camera switching is consistent w/how the game currently works for non-astronauts. I'm not saying it is ideal, but it doesn't seem to hurt anything as C isn't bound to anything map-view specific.
