I think it would be intriguing to make heat management a bit more complicated. Perhaps by enabling players to make heat flow to and from certain areas of the craft to cool off parts to and for craft to interact more readily with the temperature of environment and energy from Juno’s starlight.
For example, picking up heat given off from the surface of Vulco and shunting it into parts that can cool off faster, or using the large surface area of solar panels to keep a craft warm when out by Urados.
I’m not certain if heat management like this would make things too complicated, but I feel like it could be a good way to teach players to consider how heat affects real spacecraft.
