Message telling players ion thrusters can be used with time warp

I thought people knew about ion thrusters being able to work under time warp, but it doesn't seem to be the case and it's not that obvious that they work like that.

I think that should be added into the description of the engine in the editor, and maybe even into the tutorials or the performance analyzer
