exhaust shows in designer?

i was just playing around and thought, "hey what if i connect my Xbox controller to my phone to play SR2?"
so i did, loaded up the designer, and ended up with this catastrophe
1, connect your mobile phone to a wireless controller (Xbox, PS4, Nintendo Switch) 2, load up a craft that uses a rocket engine in the designer 3, watch as hell ensues?
