Orbital Rendezvous Tutorial

Orbital Rendezvous is a complicated concept that is involved in many aspects of the game, however there is one thing it lacks: a tutorial. I often find it too difficult to even get within 20 km of my target without running out of fuel or failing to get closer, and a tutorial would make this far easier.
The tutorial starts in Droo Orbit, with your target at a different altitude. The tutorial would teach you how to properly reach the target and dock carefully.
