I was not able to reproduce this. If you can find out steps to repro this, please let me know. Either update this post with more instructions, or upload a new bug report. Thanks for helping us test!

Yes, I rotated them to get the shocks lined up right with the wheels.

I spawned a new copy of your DesignerCraft on the runway, and the issue shown by the one already in sanbox does not occur... the one in sandbox has the wheels nudged away from the shocks with the translate part tool?
