Dynamic weather

There should be an option to enable various weather scenarios, or have weather always running. For example, wind speeds of various speeds that you can control, lightning storms that will be attracted to metal, and should it hit your rocket it will destroy that part and fry all electricity. There should also be tornadoes, hurricanes, or rainstorms.
