I've a craft with the required payload added. It has worked once. Then I've had to jump into another craft to forward the time to morning. Now the program tells me the supplies are not there.
I've tried to remove them from the craft, and putting them back to no avail.
p.s.
I can't seem to be able to add a screenshot where the left menu does not cover the message. It's something like "bring some suplies to the pad"
