I was triyng to dock two unmanned parts with an astronaut, but they dont dock.
It might be because of the tether that make them as one craft.

The tether doesn't prevent the crafts from docking, you may be running into an alignment issue or something different. Do you have any images of the scenary?

I might use the better docking ports mod.
but it would be better if the fixed it
