When launching this rocket (vizzy does it all for consistancy) from earth's equator pad in the real solar system the crash - specifically the explosion of the booster tank - will cause Unity to crash most of the time.

I've updated all my drivers and the installed mods are all fresh as of a week or two ago.

I tried just a high part count rocket (The Mess) with 1000+ random parts but could never get unity to crash.

If this is due to a corrupted rocket file is there a way to determine what part/assembly needs to be fixed?

Thanks

@EUnumPluribus I saw the email, your log is in my todo list, hopefully I'll have time in the coming weeks to check it out

@Pedro I sent the player.log file to you via email
I tried creating a \Crashes folder just to see if the game would use it but after another unity crash there was nothing added there.

With all those mods enabled it is hard to tell if it's the game's fault or one of those mods. After having the game crash and without opening it again could you grab the file called Player.log (or just Player if you have file extensions hidden) and send it to me through either discord DMs or to pedro@jundroo.com?

You can find the file in C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimpleRockets 2\Player.log

By process of elimination I think this is related to the landing legs - if they detach before crash or are not included then the unity crash doesn't appear to happen
Of course that is one of the few parts I didn't include in "the mess"
