Sub-Assembalies

So I have this weird issues. A few times while playinf the career mode I have tried to save some of the craft as subassembalies. The craft that have attached one of you're career mode 'Payloads' (sounding rocket payload or cubesat) don't show up in the subassembalies window but instead show up in the parts list window (the one that lists ALL parts at the top). I also checked my "appdata/locallow/jundroo/userdata/subassembalies" foilder and sure enough there they are saved, they're just not showing up as subassembalies but as parts.

I tried deleating the files but because they must be saved on my Steam Cloud they keep popping back up everytime I log in.
