The ability to move the activation group panel

On PC, when flying around, this is not a problem, as you do not have anything else where it is. However, on mobile, if you are doing something with analog sticks, like flying a plane, you will briefly have to stop control to open the activation group panel, which covers up the right stick.
This gets very annoying, and it would be so nice if we could drag it to somewhere else on the screen that suits what we are doing.
