Craft spawns in midair in polar in the new beta

I resumed a flight of a plane and this happend:
Fix this by fixing and adding flat terrain on the polar sides.

    @pianoplane well, you reported this bug from a version you say you weren't using and it's not a bug report but a suggestion. For that you can visit the suggestions section.

    You say the problem happened on the new beta but you reported the bug from the stable version, not the beta. Did you open the beta and then go back to the stable version?
