changes like mass scale and price scale can be detected in career mode,but many changes cannot be find.You can easily get a tank with a capacity of 284%

@Pedro 1.change "fuel" in "fuel tank" modifier
2.change "max instructions executed per frame" in "Flight program"modifier(but it's useful sometimes,can't make it legal with the price of increased mass and price or something else?)
3.change "max damage" in "config" modifier
