Every texture for moons in my system have disappeared

I was going to add a new planet to my system, and then I was looking at the moon of my home planet. It had turned dark gray. All asteroid moons have become spherical and dark gray. No planets are affected, only the moons. Directions to repeat are unknown, as all I did was look at some moons.

The images shown were former asteroids.
