I ran a simple logic command making one part of the craft responsible for a few other parts of the craft in activating and deactivating. Activating works well but deactivation is not being executed.

    Looking through the code it's likely that you are disabling the vizzy when deactivating the part containing it (turning off a part pauses the programs)
