Crafts occassionaly corrupt (themselves?) into a new craft

Steps to recreate (it doesn’t seem to always happen:
-load a craft (made before 0.9.920, likely)
-go into the part overload tinker feature with a light
-click a fuel tank
The camera should have lost rotational movement control.
-Load a new craft
-It should be corrupted and bright hot-pink.
