Hi,
thank you so much for your prompt reply.

The tasks of this type are issued by the NPC : Prof von Pricklespac in the game. These tasks are all of the same kind, for example, going to a specified orbital altitude to deploy a certain number of satellites. When accepting more than two tasks of this type, there will definitely be a relatively high-orbit task. In this case, the spaceship in the game will inevitably start from a low orbit and change to a high orbit. However, the system will first determine that the high-orbit task has failed, and then the low-orbit task (ps: when I personally operate, the orbit range of the spaceship completely meets the range of the low-orbit task, and the type and number of satellites deployed are all up to standard). I think it is 1. The system determines that there is a system-set priority for this type of task? I personally think this is unreasonable. Efficient completion must be to accept multiple tasks; 2. Or it is caused by some bug. At the same time, after I found this problem and submitted it yesterday, I found a new problem. That is, in the career mode, if the main control compartment of the spaceship places two controllable components (something like a drone's main brain) to complete two tasks after accepting two tasks, but in actual operation, this will only lead to the failure of the task. So I personally think this also seems to be an unreasonable place.

The bug submission in the game seems to only support screenshots taken in the game, and does not support submitting screenshots taken outside the game. Therefore, I am also unable to directly submit my problem pictures in this feedback. I apologize for this.

@491mike Yeah that's why the save game file would be so helpful, as I have never seen anything like this when doing multiple contracts at once! The only question I would have is: are you assigning the payloads to the correct contracts in the designer? and then correctly staging the rocket so the correct payloads deploy for the correct contracts?
    .......
When doing a single "payload deployment" contract it is easy cause, well the payloads you slap on the craft in the designer ONLY have one contract they can be used for! But if you are doing one contract to deploy (3) cubesats (contract #14) and another to deploy (4) (Contract #15), then you have to click on each cubesat in the designer and assign (3) to contract #14 and (4) to contract #15 so the game can keep straight which ones are being used to fulfill which contract!
    ......
That's the only possibility I can think of why you're getting failed contracts given the information you provided.

@Toinkove Thank you for your reply. It seems that I have lost the save file before discovering the bug in the report I submitted in the game. However, this issue appears to apply to all satellite delivery missions, which is really strange.

Can you not take any screen shots in the game? I know it’s kinda stoopid that they require them but, just take any old shot and load that into the bug report!
    …….
The important part here isn’t the screen shot, but that by submitting the bug report in game it also uploads a copy of your game file so they can actually load it and see directly in game what is occurring. That helps tremendously in solving these issues.
