Can't zoom on MSI G Series laptop trackpad. Two finger drag does nothing (scrolls correctly in most applications), pinch zoom moves the throttle (zooms correctly in most applications).

Ok, thanks. I haven't had a chance to play around with the designer much yet. I upvoted the suggestion.

Okay, thanks for letting me know. We don't have bindable zoom support in the designer, but we do have a suggestion to add that.

Thanks for the suggestions, and sorry, I should have been more detailed with what I'd tried. Two finger scrolling's enabled for the trackpad, and works in most applications (though also not KSP oddly). I've tried enabling only one-finger scrolling, only two-finger, and enabling both. Tried disabling the other gestures (pinch-zoom and rotate). SR2 just doesn't seem to get the scroll gesture. I guess the trackpad driver's doing some weird HMI thing emulating a scroll wheel.

Should have occurred to me earlier, but after sending this report, I thought to check out your in-game control options, and found that there was nothing mapped for zoom. I tried adding the scroll gestures there, but it didn't seem to detect them. I added numpad +/- instead, so I have a workaround.

I'm not sure if this will work, but I found this:

Click on the Windows button and type "synaptics". You should see "Mouse & Touchpad Settings", click on it to open the Settings panel.
At the bottom of the page there is the "Related Options" sub-title "Additional mouse options". Click on this open "Mouse Options".
Click on the "Device Settings" tab, select your touchpad from the list of devices and click on "Settings..."
This should open up your touch pad properties and you should see a list on the left hand side containing touch pad functions.
Click on the plus sign next to "Scrolling" to configure your touchpad's scrolling feature
