this vehicle is controled by a cpu which is pilot oriantated to face forward. When there is no break the wheels begin to roll back and forth quickly and randomly. the vehicle doesn't move, but it is annoying :(

UPDATE: After removing the battery from a few parts, and lowering the CoM the bug went away.
