When loocking at a structue from inside a cockpit, at certain angles jagged shadows appear that don’t make sense(sun some distance above horizon, no craft lights active). As the cockpit and the camera(astronaut or craft camera) move relative to the structure, the angles at which this occurs change rapidly(I estimate that a 10cm movement changes angles by more than 5°). The viewing angles, distribution of shadows and relative angles of the camera position to the structure each form some cind of interference pattern.
