I did some tinkering on Hypatch's RSS 2.0, and when I try to update my sandbox to the edited system it doesn't update anything.
EDIT 7/8/24 SINCE THIS WAS REPORT WAS PROBABLY GLOSSED OVER.
I ran and recorded a few tests between v0.9.616.1 and the version this bug was found.
The first half of the video shows the system change performing as expected when I choose that option in planet studio, and the latter half shows it not working.
I also did a test hypatch's default solar system and my modifed version.
Again, the first half of the video shows the system change performing as expected when I choose that option in planet studio (as evidenced by the change in the launchpad size), and the latter half shows it not working (when the launchpad size does not change).
