After successfully completing a Brigo flyby, I completed a burn for a Cylero flyby in an attempt to complete two contracts during the same launch. I was succesfull in reaching Cylero but the contract says I am 180.8 days overdue on the Brigo flyby that was already complete prior to heading to Cylero.

I can't repro your issue, once completed the contract stops checking for the deadline. Are you sure the contract was flagged as completed?

I'm positive. I just tried to recreate the issue with no success. I'll keep checking and send a better screen shot if I see it again.
