Rewrite the entire terrain generation. Get rid of “noise” because it’s almost impossible to understand how this works, or else make a tutorial.

@FriendlyFin you can do in planet brush but sometimes it might be weirder that you think it might give you some unrealistic patterns and have some bugs which I can't explain.
But noise is just a random wave like thing you can even refer Wikipedia if needed it's quite easy!
If you need to replicate any real planet you need height map and colour map and then change it to cube map and apply it in the respective modifier.
