Bouncing wheels on the Smoon

When I was testing a ground vehicle, I decided to spawn on the smoon. When I spawned, the wheels started to bounce sparadically when on the ground.

steps:
1:enter sandbox from the BUILDING menu
1: Spawn on Smoon with vehcile on ground

Note that the bug seems to only happen when you go from the designer into the sandbox, I tried to do the bug when on the main menu but it did not happen
