In Vizzy, the max engine thrust and engine thrust blocks always account for all of the engines that are currently active and / or running, but in some cases that's not what players might want, it can throw off calculations. Small example: A craft has downward thrusters and some powerful RCS engines. To make that craft hover or maintain other kinds of flight profiles it would be handy if the player didn't have to hand pick the thrust values from the downward thrusters, but instead could simply prevent the RCS engine thrust values from being included in the max and current thrust attributes, perhaps via a toggle in the part setting.
