What do you mean by "put it on a car - but it did not work"?

I've built a car, but it wasn't good enough for the mission. So I've gone back - I'm pretty sure I hit 'save flight' to keep the kilometers driven.

But the car(flight) was not resumable - that's what I meant there - I can't really say what was the error message, but it just did not work.

Then I've tried and 'cancelled' or 'destroyed' that flight (little x in the list after you click the 'resume' button).

Then after this point, there was no payload, no way to add a new payload to a new vehicle, but there was the mission, open.

This was the only contract active.

The good news:

I've just quit the game. Re-starting sometime later solved the issue: I had the package to add to a vehicle again.

What do you mean by "put it on a car - but it did not work"?
"the car was not resumable" Did it have a command disc? Did it crash before exiting the flight?
If you destroy a payload the contract should've failed, thus why you can't get the payload back, but it should have been auto-canceled. Did you have more than one contract accepted?

PS: The image is necessary for us to have an idea of what's going on when the bug is reported, ie: an image of the craft you used and became un-resumable
