Allows the player to change the way the rocket engine thrust is controlled, e.g. you can set up any slide bar to control the engine thrust. This makes it possible to make more kinds of RCS. In addition, it allows for a more thrustable RCS and can carry fewer types of fuel as well as reduce weight, thus improving the ship's range. Not to mention that this can be more reductive to the reality of RCS.
