Looks like you are trying to use non-stock files you no longer have on your device.

@Nathan1220 settings > control > three dots on right side > Dev Console
Type PlanetStudio then press execute
You can move your camera by turning it, zooming in and out then copying the longitude/latitude into the side menu (press the pencil symbol in order to edit the long/lat)
