Say you have a spaseship in orbit, positioned as heading prograde. Now you want to know the direction to the moon, but without spending fuel and time on changing the position of the ship.
bu using a independent co-chip.
1 co-chip heading moon.
2 move co-chip on a hinge until it reports back pitch <0.05
3 evalute the angle of the hinge to get an angle to moon
This aproach would mimick the function of a tracking radar.
As is now if you deploy a co-chip, you do get another set of pitch number than the capsule, but they gives no sence. So i suspect that all randomly correct behavour is a bug.
