Hello everyone! So i have been experiencing this problem today. The rocket keeps going through the launch tower that i build, or flinging. If anyone knows how to fix this problem and why it happenes comment down below! Thanks.

I believe it is because the rocket is not connected to the stand. If you connect it via a side interstage it will work as you intend. You can use the Part Connections panel to help with creating the connection.
