Reset the primary command disc autoilot to all zero, save, load, the autopilot settings are back to factory defaults.

This is made in order to prevent players from killing the controls of a craft without noticing (having all set to 0s would prevent the autopilot from working). A way around this is setting the range to 1 and the gains to a very small value, sorry for the inconvenience

Okay, I'll just include a vizzy on-start thread to kill the autopilot then.
Would have appreciated a warning though. If the goal is to avoid unnpleasant surprises, choosing instead to just trade one for another seems a bit sus.
