When i go out to launch the lower 37 engines will not light. In tests with individual stages all engines light and the launch and landing are smooth. When together the lower engines will not light. No noise is made nor any exaust

The problem is that the game failed to update the fuel tank's fuel type to methalox so the engines don't have any fuel. This will be fixed in 0.8.20x so that the fuel tanks will correctly update their fuel types when using an extra fuel line part between the engine and its fuel tank. In the meantime, you can fix this manually by just changing the fuel type to methalox and then re-attaching a single engine.
