I dont even know what is really happening

So when I launched this rocket, the camera just shifted to orbit around some place like 10 ft away from the rocket, when I tried to launch the camera recentered, but then it instantly went sideways in a not ideal direction at all.
In different attempts to launch the rocket has fallen over, the fairing randomly deploying, things just exploding out of the blue, and more.
