Option to change FOV in flight scene

Useful for cinematic videos and other stuff, maybe use ALT with + or - to change FOV in flight, or ALT+Scroll.

    @OM3GA_AEROSPACE Maybe using 2 fingers for zooming in/out could work for mobile
