First part:
Please, I'm asking you devs, to use particles for srbs instead of the mesh system that is being used now. It will look much more realistic.

Second part:
The plumes are way oversaturated and to be honest, they're kinda ugly
for example,
A typical hydrolox engine looks like this:

not this:

Third part:
Plumes should be procedural, and the player should have full control over the plume's properties. Similar to KSP's Waterfall mod.

Fourth part:
Jet afterburner plumes should be similar to rocket engine plumes, not just an orange, static plume.

    "the player should have full control over the plume's properties" yes, that way we can still keep the classic style in case it fits the build/player
