Fairing not attaching properly

1.while creating craft,create a cylinder.
2.attach a fairing base below it.
3.attach a fariring.I try to attach in an upward direction,but it attaches downwards,

Bug Done Found in 0.5.0.0 Fixed in 0.6.0.0

    Also try flipping the fairing base.

    I’ve had a similar problem in 0.4.0.0 . The Fairing didn’t attach at all. I don’t know how to fix it.
